Tenants Fees
We are completely transparent with our fee’s and the rental process.
Holding Deposit: This is capped at one weeks’ rent.
Security Deposit: This is capped at five weeks rent or six weeks rent if the rent is over £50,000 per year.
You can only be charged a late payment fee once you’re 14 days late in paying the rent. After a late payment i.e. 14 days, the default fee is no more than 3% APR above the Bank of England base rate.
An agent is entitled to charge up to £50 for the administration involved in amending the tenancy agreement or the amount of their reasonable costs if higher.
You can be charged if you leave a property without giving two months’ notice to your landlord or agent. You may leave early only by agreement with your Landlord. If you request to leave early, the early termination charges will only cover loss incurred by your landlord or the agent’s reasonable costs.
